Delivery areas
We deliver to all governorates of the State of Kuwait: Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer.
Delivery times
- Small orders: within 24 hours across most areas.
- Large orders and bulk construction loads: 2–5 business days.
- Special or custom orders: scheduled with the supplier.
Delivery fees
- Free delivery on orders above KWD 50.
- Flat fee of KWD 5 for orders below that threshold.
- Additional fees may apply for heavy equipment or special bookings.
Tracking
After your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your order number and status. You can track your order anytime from your account.
Receiving your order
- An adult must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.
- Please inspect items before signing the delivery confirmation.
- If there is visible damage, notify the driver and do not sign — we will resolve it immediately.
Delays
We always strive to meet delivery windows, but delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or events beyond our control. In such cases we will notify you promptly via your registered contact details.
